Payments & fees
Some events charge an entry fee per division. When they do, you'll see the amount next to each division and a total before you check out.
What you might see
- Entry fee — charged per player, per division.
- Multi-division discount — some organizers discount each additional division you enter.
- Service fee — some organizers add a service/processing fee on top; any such fee is shown separately before you pay.
- Discount code — if you have one, enter it; the final total is confirmed on the secure checkout page.
Paying
Payment is handled on a secure Stripe checkout page — your card details are entered there, never stored by BP-Pickleball. After paying you're returned to your account with your entries confirmed.
Paying for a whole team
When you start a doubles/team entry you can choose to pay for the whole team up front, so your partner/team joins without paying. Otherwise each player pays their own share when they register.
Waitlist & paid divisions
If you join the waitlist for a paid division, you're not charged unless a spot opens and you accept it — the claim link takes you to checkout at that point.
Refunds
If you paid for a division but end up not placed on a team, you can request a refund from My account — this notifies the organizer, who issues (or declines) it. For any other refund, contact the organizer directly. Refunds are always issued by the organizer through Stripe; nothing is charged back automatically.
