To operate leagues and tournaments, the Site stores information that organizers and participants provide, which may include names, contact details such as phone numbers, approximate location (city and state), age or birth date, skill ratings (including DUPR ratings and profile links), team and division memberships, match results, and event standings.

Leagues, tournaments, divisions, rosters, schedules, standings, and brackets are intended to be published and viewable by the public. By using this website — whether as an organizer, a participant, or by registering or being entered into an event — you agree to make the information required to run and display that event available to the public. Information is used to create and administer events, generate schedules and brackets, compute and display standings, and let players and the public follow those events. The Site does not sell your personal information.

Event and participant information is retained for as long as needed to operate and display the associated leagues and tournaments. If you would like information corrected or removed, contact your event organizer or the Site administrator; note that removing information may affect the completeness of published events.

This Privacy Statement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised statement.
